You have a 15-day window from the day you received your items to initiate a return or exchange for eligible items, and we will promptly process your refund once we receive the item.

What qualifies as a 'faulty' item?

  • A manufacturing fault
  • A product that does not function as described

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Items that are of the wrong size
  • Returns due to a change of mind
  • Personalized products

Message me ASAP and I can change it easily as long as the item has not shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, still message me and I will try to work something out. Often times the package will get marked "return to sender" and we can get it to the right address.
Our packaging usually holds up very well, but rarely the item will get damaged in transit. Just send me a picture and I will send you a free replacement.
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, gift notes, or any type of special request for messages in the boxes. We also will not add any receipt information to any order as well.
