Unless your item arrives broken/damaged/not what you ordered or lost in the mail, I cannot offer refunds/returns/exchanges.
Message me ASAP and I can change it easily as long as the item has not shipped yet. If your order has already shipped, still message me and I will try to work something out. Often times the package will get marked "return to sender" and we can get it to the right address.
Our packaging usually holds up very well, but rarely the item will get damaged in transit. Just send me a picture and I will send you a free replacement.

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, gift notes, or any type of special request for messages in the boxes. We also will not add any receipt information to any order as well.
